The amenities include two pools (one heated October through March), hot tubs, a workout facility, and beach chair service for two (between March and October). Parking is located UNDER the building. No need to park across the street and walk over! Watch dolphins play in the water while drinking your morning coffee on the balcony. And if you happen to be here during the 4th of July, you can enjoy TWO amazing fireworks shows from both the City Pier and the County Pier, right on your balcony. Sunrise Beach is a great location!  Centrally located on Front Beach Drive, you are just over a mile from Pier Park.  You can walk or drive there and enjoy their shops, restaurants and the Sky Wheel.  Many restaurants are less than a mile away and easily walkable - Sharky's, Runaway Island, Moe's Original Barbecue, Hang Five and Diego's, just to name a few.  Gulf World is just a 1/2 mile away.  Your family can walk to the great aquarium and experience the daily shows and exhibits.  There is also a place right across the street where you can rent golf carts.  For groceries, Walmart is just a mile away.  Other attractions close by - you can take a helicopter tour of Panama City Beach, mini golf and a short drive will get you to St. Andrew's State Park and the marina.
